Six arrested for running a fake 'International Police & Crime Investigation Bureau' in Noida included ex-TMC leader Bibhas Chandra Adhikari, who was the mastermind behind the operation, Indian Express reported. All six, who are from West Bengal, had been impersonating international law enforcement and human rights agencies to extort money by intimidating people in the name of investigations.
