A 61-year-old man found dead in Spain's Villajoyosa from an apparent drowning has been identified as a former Ukrainian police chief who once served on an organised crime task force, according to media reports. The deceased, Ihor Hrushevskyi, reportedly died at the same apartment complex where a Russian military pilot who defected to Ukraine was killed last year.
