Former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, who resigned from the post on Monday citing health reasons, will get a government bungalow. "Dhankhar will be offered a Type VIII bungalow in Lutyens' Delhi or another area," an Urban Development Ministry official said, as reported by PTI. Type VIII bungalows represent the highest class of government residences provided by the government.
