Excel Realty N Infra (formerly Excel Infoways Ltd.) has increased its Authorised Share Capital from ₹150 crore to ₹500 crore. This increase was approved by shareholders on September 11, 2025, and registered by the MCA on October 01, 2025. The company also expanded its Main Object Clause to include new sectors like FMCG and Power & Energy.
