Excel Realty N Infra shareholders passed Special and Ordinary Resolutions at an EGM to alter the MOA. The MCA approved the Main Object Clause alteration on October 1, 2025. The Authorised Share Capital was significantly boosted from ₹150 crore to ₹500 crore, divided into an equivalent number of Equity Shares of ₹1 each.
