Former BCCI President Sourav Ganguly said he expected "certain kind of toughness and stubbornness" from the then BCCI Secretary and current ICC President Jay Shah "but he would do things for Indian cricket". "Shah is very honest, he always had the thought (about)...what baggage he carried. So, he wanted to do things rightfully and properly all the time," he added.
