IVF doesn’t cause ageing directly but it can make a person feel older, explained endocrinologist Dr Devyani Mukherjee. She added that ageing and infertility often go hand-in-hand because of the way a body responds to intense medical support. The emotional and physical strain can make even a 30-year-old feel like they’re 45 year old, she further said.
