Feeling tired even after getting enough sleep could be iron deficiency, warned Dr Himanshi Jain, a medicine specialist. Low iron reduces haemoglobin, cutting oxygen supply and causing fatigue and dizziness, she added. She further said that pregnant women are at higher risk and suggested eating iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils and pairing them with vitamin C for better absorption.
