SBI Chairman Dinesh Khara said SBI is aiming to invest well in terms of technologies in 2024. "We will also be exploring possibilities of adoption of generative AI so that we can further improve the productivity of the bank and create value for all the stakeholders," he said. He added that the bank would continue to improve the customer experience.
