Security forces recovered a large cache of explosives from Phinbiru village in Assam’s Tinsukia district, suspected to belong to ULFA(I) and NSCN(KYA). The haul included detonators, ammunition, radio sets, and bomb-making equipment, allegedly meant for attacks during Independence Day celebrations.
