After an Air India plane crashed in Ahmedabad, BJP national president JP Nadda expressed deep sorrow, saying, "The news of multiple casualties in a plane crash in Ahmedabad...is extremely distressing." He added that he had spoken to state leaders and obtained information about healthcare facilities and relief operations and also urged BJP workers to assist in rescue efforts.
