A 3-month long vision screening programme has been started as part of a CSR initiative for commercial vehicle drivers and allied transport workers in Kutch District of Gujarat, to enhance road safety. The programme aims to examine approximately 9,000 drivers and transport workers to detect general vision impairments and provide a pair of free corrective glasses based on their diagnosis.
