Eight kids have been hospitalised after their classmates put instant glue into their eyes when they were sleeping in their school's hostel in Odisha's Kandhamal. The kids are now under treatment and the administration has ordered an inquiry into the case. Doctors said the adhesive caused significant eye damage, but timely medical attention could prevent a permanent loss of vision.
