A video of former BJP MP from Kaiserganj, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, has surfaced online in which he is addressing students, saying he failed Class 8 three times. "I somehow managed to pass by cheating," he added. "But due to cheating, I felt very guilty and could not sleep the whole night," he further said.
