Former Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna said that every instance of failure to act on financial matters is not a white-collar crime. "White-collar crime is a cliche which we hear every day in, day out, but very few of us really understand what is a white-collar crime," he said while speaking at 'National Conference on White Collar Crime'.
