Russia refuted the Pakistani media reports that suggested it is strengthening economic collaboration with Pakistan. Russia labelled the reports "fake" and "fabricated", accusing elements in Pakistan of trying to disrupt the strong India-Russia strategic partnership. "An exaggerated news from someone who wants to derail the relationship for a sensational reason," a Russian official reportedly said.
