Two people have been arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar for allegedly using pigeons strapped with red and green LED lights to spread fake rumours about drone sightings. The rumours had sparked panic among several villages across the state, causing villagers to start night vigils, police said. Notably, an SSP had announced a ₹20,000 reward for team who crack the case.
