A massive real estate fraud involving forged government documents and a man posing as an Intelligence Bureau (IB) officer has come to light in Mumbai. Rupesh Chaudhary deceived investors of ₹17.74 crore by promising MHADA flats using fake documents. After his suspicious death, investigations revealed police links and forged seals. The EOW and police are probing the case.
