A Maharashtra farmer's bank account was credited with only ₹2.30 as government's alleged compensation for crop loss caused by unseasonal rainfall. An official, however, called it technical glitch and claimed the money was a leftover from old claim that he earlier sought after facing similar loss in 2023. The farmer is eligible to obtain ₹1,53,110 for 2.51 hectares of land.
