A fashion designer was found dead on a yacht in US' New York, with authorities saying they will perform an autopsy to ascertain the cause of her death. People attempted to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the designer identified as 33-year-old Martha Nolan-O'Slatarra. She founded the fashion label East x East and had been living in Manhattan for several years.
