The Future Combat Air System (FCAS), a joint project between France, Germany, and Spain to develop a sixth-generation fighter aircraft and strengthen European defence, is facing serious internal disputes. French manufacturer Dassault has been accused by the German side of blocking negotiations by demanding sole management and a larger share of key aspects.
