Hyundai has recalled 13,153 Santa Fe SUVs (2024-2025) in Canada over a starter motor defect that could expose the positive terminal and cause a short circuit during crashes, posing a fire risk. A similar recall covers over 1,35,000 US vehicles. Owners will be notified and can get free inspections and fixes at Hyundai dealerships.
