Delhi High Court granted bail to filmmaker Sanoj Kumar Mishra after his accuser retracted rape allegations. The accuser stated she filed the case under influence of Mishra's rivals. Further, an affidavit stated that she was in a live-in relationship and had established physical relation with the director. Considering affidavit and final statements, Justice Girish Kathpalia granted bail on Friday.
