A Deputy Secretary in Finance Ministry died and his wife is seriously injured after a BMW hit his motorcycle on Delhi's Ring Road, police said. He was returning home from Bangla Sahib Gurudwara when he met with the accident. Eyewitnesses said a woman was driving the car, which hit the motorcycle. She and her husband took the injured to hospital.
