An FIR was filed against BJP leaders Nishikant Dubey, Manoj Tiwari, and others for "forcibly" entering the sanctum sanctorum of Baba Baidyanath Temple in Jharkhand's Deoghar on August 2. According to FIR, they allegedly hurt religious sentiments and obstructed government work by scuffling with police, despite a ban on VIP/VVIP entry during Shravan due to the heavy rush of devotees.
