An FIR has been registered against the driver of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's vehicle, which had hit a police constable in Bihar's Nawada during the 'Voter Adhikar Yatra', police said. "Further details will be made known in due course," they added. The constable suffered injuries as his foot got trapped beneath the vehicle, following which Rahul enquired about his condition.
