An FIR was filed against Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi at Guwahati for his remark on BJP and RSS. Reacting to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's remark that Ayodhya's Ram Temple consecration day should be celebrated as "true Independence" of India, Rahul had said, "BJP-RSS have captured every single institution." Complainant said this isn't "ordinary political remark".
