In Bihar, a case has been registered against national president of Janshakti Janata Dal and candidate from Mahua Assembly constituency, Tej Pratap Yadav, for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct during the election campaign. This is ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections. A video showed a Bolero SUV with a police logo and blue-red beacon lights leading his nomination rally.
