Disha Salian's father's lawyer Nilesh Ojha on Tuesday said an FIR has been filed against Aaditya Thackeray, Dino Morea, Sooraj Pancholi, Rhea Chakraborty and others in connection to her death. Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh and former police officer Sachin Vaze have also been accused in the FIR. Ojha said Singh covered up the case to "save Aaditya Thackeray".
