A case has been registered against Aryan Aviation's Accountable Manager Kaushik Pathak and Manager Vikas Tomar after one of the company’s helicopters crashed while returning from Kedarnath Dham on Sunday. All seven people on board died on the spot. The FIR has been filed under Section 105 of the BNS and Section 10 of the Aircraft Act.
