Chirag Gandani, a senior MyGlamm executive who was fired after a 5.6-year stint, claimed he hasn't been paid his salary since February. He said MyGlamm hasn't settled gratuity and hasn't issued Form 16 while there's "zero response" from HR executives and Founder Darpan S. "Existing employees are getting paid, making this discrimination more blatant...It's complete failure of ethics," Gandani said.
