A Reddit post claimed a company in India took 450 interviews for a ₹20-lakh tech job. "Over 12,000 people applied. We filtered out over 10,000 candidates...We focused on core concepts [and] even allowed candidates to use [AI]," the firm said, adding they couldn't select a single candidate. "We're starting to question whether we're making mistakes in hiring process," it added.
