Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd. is set to launch its ₹583 crore IPO from July 10 to July 14, with a price band fixed at ₹387 to 407 per share. The issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹445 cr and an Offer for Sale of ₹137.5 cr. Proceeds will fund new centres and debt repayment in the recent future.
