Flipkart has received in-principle approvals from a Singapore court to shift its domicile to India, TechCrunch reported. Several hearings have also taken place at the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) to secure the necessary approvals. Flipkart plans to complete the transition within the next couple of months, ahead of its planned IPO next year.
