Since April 2025, the Indian Army has led massive flood relief operations across 75 locations, rescuing over 21,500 civilians and providing medical aid to nearly 9,700 people. Troops delivered 23,500 kg of relief supplies, built 29 bridges, and flew over 500 hours in helicopters. In Punjab alone, 10,000 civilians were rescued amid relentless rains.
