A Florida woman is suing the Kraft Heinz Company, saying its Velveeta Shells & Cheese takes longer to prepare than the 3.5 minutes mentioned on the box. Calling the advertising "misleading", the lawsuit said Amanda Ramirez, like other consumers, "looks to bold statements of value when quickly selecting groceries". Ramirez, along with other plaintiffs, is seeking $5 million in damages.
