United Nations said most of the wheat flour supplies sent to Gaza have been taken away by starving people and looted by armed gangs before reaching their destinations. The organisation has delivered 4,600 metric tonnes of wheat flour in Gaza since Israel eased the aid blockade, far short of the 8,000–10,000 metric tonnes needed, Deputy UN spokesperson Farhan Haq said.
