Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman launched the Foreign Currency Settlement System (FCSS) at GIFT City in Gandhinagar, enabling real-time forex settlements within IFSC. Speaking at GFF 2025, she urged fintech firms to leverage AI responsibly, prioritise trust, compliance, and innovation, and adopt green finance. She highlighted India's growing AI talent and vision to become a global fintech hub.
