Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman wore a saree gifted by Padma Shri awardee Dulari Devi on Budget day. "She paid a great tribute to Madhubani art by wearing the saree gifted by me two months ago," Dulari Devi said. "I had requested her to wear it on Budget Day. She accepted my request…It’s like a dream come true," she added.
