The Bombay High Court (HC) has noted that following a girl/victim only once can't be considered stalking. It made the ruling while hearing a case involving two 19-year-old boys accused of sexual harassment and stalking in a case concerning a 14-year-old girl. The primary accused was, however, found guilty of sexually assaulting the victim when he trespassed her house.
