Pierre de Gaulle, grandson of former French President Charles de Gaulle, who led France in World War II, has sought Russian citizenship. While attending an event on 878th anniversary of Moscow, Pierre said it's an honour for him to attend the event. He further said it's up to Russian President Vladimir Putin to decide about approving his citizenship.
