Former New Zealand batter Tom Bruce has been named in Scotland's squad for the World Cup League 2 series against Namibia and Canada, qualifying through his Scottish heritage. Bruce played 17 T20Is for New Zealand between 2017 and 2020, and has been a regular in the NZ domestic circuit. He qualifies to play for Scotland through his Edinburgh-born father's heritage.
