Former Sri Lanka off-spinner Sachithra Senanayake has been indicted by the Hambantota High Court for attempting to fix matches during the 2020 Lanka Premier League. The 40-year-old allegedly approached fellow cricketer Tharindu Ratnayake, who was representing Colombo Kings at the time. Reports suggest Senanayake tried to lure Ratnayake into corrupt practices during the tournament.
