Foseco India surged 13.8% to ₹6,380 Friday after announcing a Rs 653.94 crore deal to acquire a 75% stake in Morganite Crucible (India) at ₹1,557/share. The purchase will be partly via 11.51 lakh new shares issued at ₹5,674/share. Foseco will also launch an open offer for 25% more at the same price.
