Dhruv Amin, co-founder of Create, took to X to share his story of Soham Parekh, a techie who worked for several companies simultaneously. Amin revealed that Parekh called in sick several times, and once even said that he was diagnosed with a chronic condition. "The whole thing was a drain of one month of time, focus, and energy," he added.
