Four MBBS students of Mahatma Gandhi Memorial (MGM) Government Medical College, Indore, have been suspended for one month after juniors complained to the UGC helpline about being assaulted, abused and forced to smoke and drink inside a private flat. The anti-ragging committee confirmed the allegations. The UGC has sought protection and counselling for the affected students.
