French President Emmanuel Macron has filed a defamation lawsuit against influencer Candace Owens over claim that his wife Brigitte Macron was born male. In the lawsuit, Macron said that Owens waged a lie-filled "campaign of global humiliation" and "relentless bullying" to promote her podcast. "It is invasive, dehumanising, and deeply unjust," the lawsuit said.
