France's parliament voted on Monday to remove Prime Minister Francois Bayrou. Bayrou's minority government had called for €44 billion of budget cuts to tackle France's mounting public debt, however the move was opposed by several parties. Bayrou, 74, was the fourth prime minister in two years under President Emmanuel Macron.
