Scammers used fake articles and videos featuring singer Neha Kakkar to promote a bogus trading platform, FXOnet, cheating a 45-year-old Worli lawyer of ₹5.02 lakh. Posing as advisors via Telegram and Zoom, they guided her into phased UPI transfers with no returns. Worli Police have filed a case and begun a digital probe into the accused.
