Allahabad High Court on Wednesday rejected Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's plea against a Lucknow court's summoning order in connection with his alleged derogatory remarks against Indian Army in 2022. Freedom of speech doesn't include freedom to make statements which are defamatory to the Army, it said. HC said free speech is subject to reasonable restrictions.
